How do I know whether my solar system is working properly?

Compare recent production with similar periods and check the inverter or monitoring app for warnings. Weather and seasonal changes affect output, but sudden or persistent drops should be investigated.

Can you repair a system installed by another company?

In many cases, yes. We first confirm the equipment, system condition, access and fault scope. Some warranty work may need to be handled by the original installer or manufacturer.

Does an offline monitoring app mean the solar has stopped?

Not always. The inverter may still generate while its Wi-Fi or communications are offline. The inverter display, status lights and electrical testing help distinguish a monitoring problem from a generation fault.

Do solar panels need regular cleaning?

Not every system needs routine cleaning. Roof angle, local dust, bird activity and visible soiling matter. Cleaning should be assessed safely and must not be treated as a substitute for electrical fault finding.

Can you check my solar before adding a battery?

Yes. We can review the existing inverter, switchboard, metering, available circuits and system condition before recommending a compatible battery solution.
